The Pan-Asia Regional Council (PARC) is based in San Francisco and caters to the multinational companies, academic institutions, and NGOs primarily in the Bay Area that have economic, personnel, and branding interests in Asia, particularly China and India. The PARC addresses the challenges the region poses, including general crime and safety, passport fraud, intellectual property rights enforcement, supply chain security, crisis management, pandemic planning, brand protection, counterfeiting, information security, cyber crime, background investigations, and due diligence.
